Martello Promotions are committed to upholding the Data Protection principles of good practice. Protecting your privacy is important to us and we strive to keep all information relating to you confidential in accordance with this statement and the law. As part of the normal operation of our services you may voluntarily provide us with contact information about yourself. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain what personal data we collect about you, the very limited way that personal data will be used and how we protect your personal data and privacy.

 

Your Privacy and the Information We Collect From You

 

In order to provide you with information about events that we promote that may be of interest to you, we retain your email address(es). We do not retain any other information about you, unless you have provided us with telephone contact details when booking tickets so that we may contact you urgently in case of cancellation, change of time or venue. Telephone numbers are not retained on file either manually or electronically after the particular event for which the information was supplied has finished.

 

If you disclose other information about yourself to us in an email, we do not retain that data longer than we need to do so in order to deal with the issue(s) you have raised. After that it is deleted from our records and is not made available to anyone else.

 

Data Protection

 

Your email details are kept in an electronic file on our computer, which is password protected and stored in a secure location. Our server is located in the United Kingdom.  The server is password protected and can only be accessed by Martello Promotions. The information is not used for any other purpose than contacting you with details relating to our events. It is not disclosed or sold to any other organisation.

 

Contacting You with Offers and Promotions

 

After you provide us with your contact details (either through an email request by you or through your physical signing of one of our subscriber lists at an event) your email address(es) is/are added to the electronic file and used to send you information on forthcoming events and offers by Martello Promotions only.

 

Access to your personal information

 

If you wish to correct, update, amend or remove your email address(es) from our list, you may do so at any time by contacting Martello Promotions at martello04@talktalk.net
